Returns or Exchanges by Mail
Place your item in the original packaging, if available, and enclose a completed Return and Exchange Form.
You'll find the form right on the packing slip that came with your order. If you purchased your item at a
retail store or you don't have the original packing slip, you can download the form here.

Free return shipping is available exclusively to HisVirtues Visa Cardmembers. Recipients who are not HisVirtues
Visa Cardmembers are not eligible for this benefit. Free return shipping requires the use of a designated HisVirtues return label.
APO/FPO addresses must use the designated USPS return label. Free return shipping does not apply to items requiring freight shipping,
Direct to Business items or items returned from US Territories or international locations. Free return shipping may be restricted
if the number of items returned in the prior one year period exceeds the number of items purchased within that time.
Returns from the US
Use one of the shipping labels included on the packing slip that came with your order or print one online.
Then place it over the original shipping label on your package.
Print a prepaid return label (Please note that your refund will be reduced by $6.50 if you use this label.)
With our prepaid label, you can ship your package via UPS or USPS.
UPS, our preferred option , allows you to track your return online and provides fast service within 2-5 business days. Find a UPS shipping location.
Returns sent via US Postal Service take 3-8 business days, depending on your location. No online tracking information is available for
packages shipped via US Mail.
If you choose not to use our prepaid label, you will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Please ship your return to:

Exchanges within the US are usually delivered within two weeks of the day you put the exchange in the mail.

We're sorry, we cannot accept returns shipped via FedEx or UPS from a non-US address.

If you request an exchange, we will pay shipping and handling charges for the item we ship to you.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your new item. Please note that your country may levy import
customs and duties on any items we ship to you.

For the fastest service, call Customer Service at 888-885-7756 to request a FastExchange.
We'll place an order for your new item right away, and usually ship it the next day.
We'll need to charge you the purchase price, but we'll waive the shipping and handling
charge for the new item. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.

Returning Items Delivered by Freight
If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please contact us at 888-885-7756.
We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. Please retain all
packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase.
Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.
If you do wish to return or exchange a freight item, please contact us at 888-885-7756.
We will arrange the return shipment with a freight company.

Return Without a Receipt
We encourage you to include your receipt in order to help us process your return more quickly.
However, we'll accept your return without the original receipt (except if it was purchased at a retail store).
If you return an item without a receipt, please help speed processing time by telling us where and when you purchased the product.
